Darragh Boyle

Darragh was born in Waterford, Ireland and grew up in Litchfield Park, Arizona, where he played Varsity soccer at Agua Fria High School for 4 years.  He then went on to play at Yavapai College and then on to Benedictine Univeristy at Mesa, earning his USSF “D” Coaching License even before he finished college, majoring and graduating in Sports Management (2018).  He loves the game!

He also coached while finishing  his degree(s), earning “Coach of the Year” honors at two high schools. He is currently assisting at Highland High School in Gilbert.

In the summer of 2018, he was an assistant coach for Sporting AZ (UPSL). In the US Open Cup (adult men, top level), the team beat both NPSL frontrunners FC Arizona (soon to go pro) and even Phoenix Rising, Phoenix’s only truly professional soccer team at this time.

He is a also coaching all the way down as young as it gets, coaching for RSL- AZ, where he is developing youth boys and girls from U6 - U10 to help prepare them to transition to club soccer.  Darragh believes in practicing a skill 10,000 times, and it will make someone perfect at that skill. “I believe in the in the trust and the confidence that a young athlete has in themselves when they practice a technique so often so that when they get to the big stage of their life it comes naturally. Mighty Kicks allows the young athletes to gain experience at a younger age so that they able to develop a passion for the sport of soccer."

Brooke Riddle

Brooke Riddle has college playing experience, finishing her final year of eligibility at Ottawa University in Surprise, AZ in the fall of 2018.  Her double majors there are Psychology and Human Services, she will graduate in May 2019, and will immediately begin a Masters program at Grand Canyon University. Brooke’s playing career spanned 17 years, the last 8 of which have been as goalkeeper.  She also is a great demonstrator of field skills.  Her college career began at Golden West College in California, where she earned  All Region Team and  First Team All Orange Empire Conference status.  Her high school Varsity time experiences included  3-time Empire League Champions, CIF Semi Finalist, Empire League 1st and 2nd team All League, Empire League All Academic Team.  She was both All Star team selection AND Defensive MVP her senior year.

She has already been coaching for four years, including full coaching responsibilites with a program very similar to Mighty Kicks in California, as well as doing private goalkeeping training, high school coaching, and club coaching (Arizona FC) in Arizona.

Brooke says: “I love teaching young children a sport that I love so much and hold near and dear to my heart. I think there is so much more behind soccer and it not just “being a sport”, we learn different life skills like: sportsmanship, leadership, how to share, motivation, and we even learn about ourselves as a player. I am so excited to work for Mighty Kicks and I cannot wait to watch the kids grow and develop into well-rounded ladies and gentlemen.”

Amanda Robl

Coach Amanda is an Arizona transplant who grew up in South Dakota and started playing soccer in middle school.  Her high school at the time did not have any soccer programs, so Amanda and a friend recruited their psychology teacher to be the coach, and fellow friends to join in the fun.  Her love for soccer early on was apparent as they played against teams with years of experience, enduring many losses.  Amanda’s skills grew in high school as she played for her high school team and then started playing with a club team in Sioux Falls.  After high school, Amanda played for another budding team at the University of Sioux Falls for 3 years.  She graduated college in 2004 with her bachelor’s in elementary education.  Since college Amanda has played for fun off and on with co-ed teams.  Amanda currently lives in the east valley and homeschools her 4 girls.
